One minute, Queensland man Warren Woods was punching a bag as half of his each day morning train routine.

Woods was on the third train of a 12-stage circuit on the 12RND Health fitness center in Flinders View when he blacked out.

Between him and gymgoers Paula Watkins and Donna Cavanah, they carried out CPR on Woods.
“We’ve simply had one of our members cease respiration,” Moore instructed an operator on a triple-zero name because the others carried out compressions.

As CPR continued on Woods, Moore remarked that it “appears like we’ve received it fairly good”.

Woods wakened in hospital and underwent surgical procedure.
