Dramatic video of shark charging at teen before dragging him 20 metres through water in New Zealand

Terrifying footage has emerged exhibiting the second a shark virtually tore off a teen’s hand whereas snatching his fish before dragging him 20m through the water.

Jahmon Wilson, 18, had been filming on his GoPro whereas out spearfishing in Nelson, on New Zealand’s South Island on January 14 when the shut encounter occurred.

{The teenager} had simply caught a big kingfish when immediately the water round him turned white.

Moments later a bronze whaler shark got here charging in direction of him, snatching the fish from his hand.

However Wilson nonetheless had his speargun in his different hand, which was hooked on the fish, and he was immediately being pulled through the water.

After he dragged Wilson for about 20m, the shark managed to sever the road and took off with the fish – in addition to the shaft of Wilson’s gun.
